New to the Shop This Week

I've been a busy girl! Here are some new items that are now available in my shop. My current production time is 3-5 days before shipment. If you need your items a little sooner than that, please contact me either via email, or via my ETSY shop. I may be able to accommodate that time frame for you.

As always, if you see something that isn't quite what you want, I can always create something special just for you.

This first one I'm going to show you is a personalized name necklace that is an updated version of one of my best selling items. The mothers necklace features two layers of round discs that are hand stamped with name and or words of your choice and an adorable open heart charm. This is a great gift idea for moms and grandmothers alike. I can fit five or six names on this beauty, depending on the length.

This one is also an updated version of that same necklace, just with a different heart charm. Both of these necklaces start at $26.00 and are made from pure grade aluminum, and stainless steel components. They are hypoallergenic and will not tarnish. It's the look of silver without the price!

Which one of these two do you like better? :)

This one here has to be one of my favorite new pieces. After loosing my childhood best friend to pancreatic cancer this last February, I was inspired to create a thank you gift for all the dedication, love and compassion the nurses and doctors gave to help her fight, and for all the other people in the world who are suffering, that are being cared for by other selfless medical personal.

This particular item is more for the nurse graduation, but can be fore any hero in training. If you'd like to personalize this item a little differently, like change the phrase or add a name...I can do that. :) I can make an LPN version of this item as well.

I have many other styles of Nurse gifts in my shop, please check out my medical inspired designs to see them all.

New Item - Thank You Gift For Teachers

I remember reading The Giving Tree, by Shel Silverstein to my oldest son (now fourteen) at night before bed when he was younger.  I had read it so many times, I could just tell him the story instead of actually flipping through the pages and reading it.

The book is fantastic, and it teaches us appreciate those that do everything for us and who give all they have yet expect nothing in return. Teachers do just that. Each day they are making a difference in this world, helping to mold our future generations into amazing individuals. Yet, they expect little if nothing in return.

This key chain gift, perfect for any teacher or teaching staff, is inspired by the very last sentence in the book - Once the tree has given everything she has, much like a teacher does for her students..she is happy.

Show the teacher in your life how important they are...and how much they are truly appreciated for what they teach us daily, with this unique thank you gift. Shop Now.

If you have another idea in mind, or are looking for something a little different, custom orders are always welcome. :)

Mischief Moment - What happened to the Pizza?

With three kids, work, school and everything in between...I am one busy mom.  I don't always have the time to stop by the grocery store to pick up the 'proper fixings' for a well rounded meal.

Frozen pizza and I are BFF's when it comes to having dinner ready super quick for my three 'always starving' boys. Usually when I purchase them I'll get whatever looks edible and is on sale.

Before I place them in the oven, I'll toss on extra goodies, like salami, pepperoni, olives...etc. My middle child Michael wanted to help me as usual. This little kitchen helper already possesses some serious chef-like cooking skills...yet he's only five.

As I'm getting everything ready to create my frozen pizza masterpiece, I step away for a minute to grab the last item...it was one minute. When I returned, this had happened.

I suppose the fact that little bite marks taken from a few pieces of salami isn't that funny. However watching Michael pretend like he wasn't the one that did it, sure was! I proceeded to add toppings as if I didn't even notice while at the same time trying not to burst out in laughter.

Meanwhile, Michael is utilizing his crafty tactics of trying to keep me distracted with silly stories and guessing games....

I find the most humor in fact that he took a single bite out of several pieces before putting them back exactly where I had originally placed them. He was obviously hoping I wouldn't notice...and I never did. ;)
